By using our banner exchange system you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The HTML code provided must not be modified in any way.
2. The HTML code provided can be published only once for each page of your website.
3. Websites that don't show our banner exchange HTML code for more than 10 days will be suspended, a suspended website is not visible in the web directory.
4. Each user can upload more than one banner and choose when to enable or disable each banner.
5. We don't allow banners and links that may cause misinterpretations (For example you can't add a banner with a text like "We have found a virus on your computer" and a "fix" button).
6. Websites that force the download or auto-installation of dialers or other unwanted stuff are not allowed.
   
7. Our banners must be shown in a visible location of your pages.
8. Each website and the service stats are monitored, users who try to artificially increase their clicks or impressions will get their accounts terminated.
9. Member agrees not to use the Service for any abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar or otherwise objectionable use. Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or violate any applicable italian or international law.
10. You can register adult websites, but your banners will be shown only on other adult websites and on websites that allows adult contents.
11. Member is solely responsible for the contents of the website.
12. Every locked/suspended account will be deleted after 1 month if there are no requests for recovery.
13. We may use your information (url, e-mail, etc) to send you advertising messages.

15. GiDiNet will try to provide a good service and will check our members' websites.
16. Our service may be unavailable for technical reasons. GiDiNet shall not be liable for the inability to use the service, and for any damages or loss of data resulting from the use of our service.
17. GiDiNet may limit the maximum number of banners/buttons/links that may be loaded into your account.
18. We reserve the right to modify or change this agreement at any time, just by update this page.
19. GiDiNet may, at its sole discretion, terminate Service for Members that fail to conform with these terms of service, and for members that will cause damage to our system even if they are following these terms of service.
